In 2015, world leaders agreed to 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development to achieve a better world by 2030. Started by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Goalkeepers is a catalyst for action toward these goals—bringing together leaders from around the world to make progress toward ending poverty and fighting inequality.
Goalkeepers is dedicated to accelerating progress toward the Global Goals: using powerful stories, data, and partnerships to highlight progress achieved, and bring together a diverse range of leaders to address the world’s major challenges.

GK Report Launch
Theme: Malnutrition
Each year there is a thematic focus for the GK report and event. This year focused on the challenges faced due to malnutrition and what innovations exist to help reduce it. In these first couple posts, we aim to build awareness and excitement with our audiences by using Bill’s voice, bold colors, and clever copy: “Huge problems that require tiny solutions”.
Event Hype
We then focus on creating buzz around the event using influential GK Champions, timely trending memes, event countdown timer, and a movie poster-style event flyer

DUring report and event hype we give our social media channels the full treatment of Goalkeepers branding from our avatars to our banners.
Paid Influencer Chefs
We were lucky enough to work with a incredible cohort of influencer chefs from around the world to collaborate on and tap into new audiences in the food world including those who care depply about malnutrition and food security Including Chef JJ, Chef Marcus Samuelson, and Chef T
Event Day
The day commences with real time story countdown timer, BTS clips of the set up in progress, and when the red carpets finally open its non-stop Goalkeepers action.
